WDCA & WFCA Scholarship Recipients

In addition to the prestigious Rev. Thomas Curry Forensic Excellence Awards, Webster Club students who excel at their respective events are eligible to earn scholarships from the Wisconsin Debate Coaches’ Association and the Wisconsin Forensic Coaches’ Association. These prestigious awards honor students who achieve academic and competitive excellence while demonstrating integrity and a commitment to the forensic community.

WDCA Scholarship Recipients

The WDCA Scholarship was established in 1993 and is awarded at the WDCA State Tournament of Champions to two students each season. Four students from Marquette have received this honor.

WFCA Scholarship Recipients

The WFCA Scholarship was established in 1986 and is awarded annually at the WFCA State Tournament. One winner was selected each year from 1986 through 1988, two winners were selected from 1990 through 1997, three winners were selected in 1998, and four winners have been selected each year since 1999. Five students from Marquette have received this honor.
